CASE River Clean Up Recap

A huge THANK YOU to everyone that participated in the River cleanup. The CASE representatives were in fine form and had the opportunity to speak with local residents to spread the good word about skateboarding and CASE. It was amazing to see so many people getting down and dirty and taking pride in their community.

On top of jumping in with the community, we were able to sell over 40 T-shirts to skaters at Millennium Park, to local Inglewood residents, and to the local Inglewood skate crew to support the indoor skate park initiative.

Even Gian-Carlo Carra, ICA president and candidate for ward 9 alderman, was rocking a CASE T-shirt to show his support for skateboarding in Calgary. CASE member Dave G wasn’t successful in his attempts to get one of our local law enforcerment officials to sport the CASE T-shirt, but definitely gets an award for effort in his attempts.
