Some CASE representatives went out to Dalhousie Church to help judge Snake and Destroy 2 on Saturday. The set-up was solid, as was the field of competitors. In the end, the three categories broke down like this:

If you haven’t checked out the new park in Lacombe yet, it’s definitely worth the trip. It’s about 15 minutes north of Red Deer and the park is located just off the highway.
If you’ve had a chance to skate this spot, then you know how gnarly it is. It’s steep, fast, has large cracks, and there’s rubble all over the place. Enjoy this clip, along with some Spike Jonze-esque special effects:
