He was a LONGBOARDER! Not a skateboarder. Longboarders assume they will be treated as a cyclist, have much less control than skateboarders, and (the majority of them) are generally quite stupid to begin with. Nobody can possibly respect what skateboarding is if they cannot even differentiate it from longboarding.
